Shipping policy

BRIEF OVERVIEW

  1. Order processing: we take up to 24 hours to process and prepare your order for shipping

  2. Order tracking: once the order has been dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number to track the order from HERE

  3. Order shipping: it may take up to 5-7 days for the items to arrive at your address after they have been dispatched

  4. Domestic shipping rates: we do not charge any shipping fee for India-wide deliveries.

  5. International shipping: we do not ship outside of India at this point

  6. Free shipping eligibility: All our orders are eligible for free shipping.

  7. Estimated shipping timeline: estimated shipping time is displayed on cart and checkout as a approx. guideline for all orders. The actual shipping time may vary depending on case by case

  8. Orders cancellation request: you may request for order cancellation from HERE. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order and you may request for a return instead

  9. Shipping address update: you may request for change of order shipping address from HERE or you can contact us directly at support@svamingo.com. Please note we may not be able to modify the order shipping address once the item has been dispatched!

ORDER PROCESSING

Once you have placed the order, we take up to 24 hours to process and prepare your order for courier handover. We will notify you via email and SMS when your order is processed and on its way to destination. Kindly bear with us while we process your order.

ORDER SHIPPING

After we have dispatched the order, it normally takes 5-7 days for the order to arrive at your destination. However, in rare circumstance It may delay for any unforeseen reasons that are out of our direct control. If your parcel is delayed, you can always reach out to us at support@svamingo.com.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING RATES

Estimated shipping rates are provided as a general guideline on Cart & Checkout pages, and calculated based on our estimate of 5-7 order processing days for India-wide deliveries. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the order destination and day/time of the order. For the example below, customer put order on August 06 and we expect it to get delivered by August 11.


ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may wish to cancel the order as long as the order is yet to be shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. you may request for order cancellation from HERE.

We will refund the full order amount for the order cancelled. The refund may take up to 5 business working days to reflect on your original payment method. In case if it is delayed by more than 5 business working days, kindly contact the respective bank or credit card company directly.

ORDER RETURNS AND REFUNDS
