BRIEF OVERVIEW

Two-day return policy: we have a 2 days returns policy, which means you can request for a return within (and up to) 2 days after receiving the item, provided below return conditions are met.

Return order eligibility: we accept returns under following two scenarios:

- Items received in damaged condition or seal opened upon delivery
- Wrong items received in place of the ordered item
In both scenarios, a visual proof is needed. In scenario 1, we will perform an extra validation with the delivery partner.

Return process: every return request goes through an approval process for quality and eligibility checking purposes.

Return conditions: we do not accept used, unsealed, tampered or compromised items for return.

Refunds: once a refund is initiated, it may take up to 5 business working days for the amount to reflect in your account; please do check with your respective bank directly, if the refund is delayed.
- Exchanges: we currently do not accept exchanges unless a wrong item was sent in place of the ordered item.

Photo evidence: we strongly suggest to submit a photo evidence of the issue along with the return request.

RETURN GUIDELINE
Please take note of the below returns instructions we recommend:
- The item should remain in its original packaging, unsealed, unopened, and untampered, for a successful return request
- Do not throw away the original shipping label and tags, if you plan to request for a return

Attach a photo evidence, whenever possible, to improve the possibility of a successful return
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@svamingo.com if the item received is defective, damaged or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
ORDER REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business working days.
If more than 5 business working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact the bank or credit card company directly with payment reference id sent.
